After consulting with several service center owners in Bangalore, the team identified a universal operational gap — no affordable, purpose-built SaaS existed for Indian service centers.
The multi-panel architecture (Super Admin, Center Admin, Operator) is designed and built using Laravel + Filament. The carry-over task system — our most loved feature — is developed in this phase.
Beta launched with 50 hand-picked centers. Feedback poured in. Attendance tracking, salary automation, and document upload portals were refined based on real operator feedback.
Subscription management, revenue reporting, and the service application form module go live. Word of mouth drives growth to over 500 active centers across 12 states.
